All our products are covered by a minimum of three-year warranty since purchase (for all purchases made 2022/01/01 or later. Previous orders are covered by a standard minimum of 2-year warranty policy)
If, during that time, a problem should appear in any of the purchased products, you must proceed following these steps:
- Report the issue via email, explaining the problem and stating what product is affected (Reference, date of purchase, order number)
- Depending on the product to return, we will tell you how to proceed to solve the issue.
- During warranty, you must keep the original packaging, so the product is returned with it.
Can prodcuts be returned for repair, replacement or reimbursement?
Before returning a product, please read the instructions. You can also contact our customer care service. Please make sure the product you want to return is elegible after reviewing return requirements.
1. All products have to be returned before 14 days after receiving your order. We can only accept product in their original condition. If you want to return any or all items in your order, you have to contact our customer care service (phone or email) to get an RMA number, which will have to be placed on the return packaging.
2. Wrong items: If we sent you a product that does NOT match what you ordered, we will proceed to exchange the wrong product without any cost for you. We will send the shipping agency to retrieve the wrong goods and will ship the right items, or refund you if you choose so.
Replacement and refund returns
1. Because of a quality issue:
We will take care of the replacement or repair if the product has a quality problem within the warranty period of the product.
2. Other reasons:
Wrongly sent items
After confirming we sent the wrong items, we will replace it without any further cost for the customer.
Canceled orders (before shipping)
If an order is canceled before shipping, there will be NO cost for the customer.
