SHIPMENTS

The shipment of the material will be made in a maximum period of 2 days once made and confirmed the payment of the invoice and previous availability of stock. If the material is not available Masterled will inform the customer of the possible delay time offering an alternative product. In this case, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund of the amount paid.

The shipping costs for purchases less than € 50 of taxable base will have an extra cost of € 5.15 + VAT (Except shipments outside the Spanish Peninsula).

In case of misplacement, loss or damage of the goods caused by the carrier, the customer must notify it within 48 hours of receiving the order, by phone or email to masterled@homekit.es indicating the incidence on the delivery note of the carrier

In case of receiving an incorrect order, the client must notify it before 48 hours after receiving it, by phone or email to masterled@homekit.es indicating what the incidence is.

Once the indicated periods have elapsed without having formalized any type of claim, refunds / incidents will not be accepted, except those expressly accepted by the supplier.

MasterLed will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of goods due to third-party causes such as delays in the transport agency, strikes, protest marches/rallyes, etc.

- All MasterLed shipments are sent from Spain by Express mode and Urgent Private Courier.
- All orders that are processed before 18: 00h, will be delivered in 24/48 hours (working days, except summer schedule).
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
- The shipping costs for purchases under € 50 will have an extra cost of € 5.15 + VAT (Spanish peninsula only).
- Free shipping if your purchase exceeds € 50 of taxable base. (Spanish Peninsula only)
- Cash-on- Delivery shipments have a cost of 1 € + VAT, which will be included in the order. In case of extraordinary shipping conditions (bulkier shipments) CoD fee may vary.
- In the shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the client must bear the expenses derived from the clearance of Customs.

RETURNS

All the products that are sent from our store wvw.masterled.es, are checked to verify its correct operation and to avoid inconveniences to both parties. But being aware that there may be incidents to the reception of the items purchased, we provide instructions for the return of them.
You can return the purchased products within 2 days of receiving them, in case they have any damage, both origin and during transport.
For this they must follow the following steps:

- Send us an email to masterled communicating that you are going to make the return of the article and reason.
- Once we have received the return request, we will confirm it by sending you a return number.
- We will send our carrier to your home to collect the items in return.
 
Once we receive the product, we will contact you to determine if you want us to send another article of the same characteristics, change it for another type of article, or refund the amount.


IMPORTANT:

Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the package must be reviewed, and in case of observing any anomaly, it should be stated on the delivery note (broken package, open package, unsealed etc.). And as a rule, even though there is nothing suspicious about the packaging, sign: Compliant pending review.
If we do not make any observation in the receipt of the goods, we do not take care of the problems of breakage and damage resulting from handling in the transport.
If the damage is due to misuse attributable to the customer, masterled will not proceed to the replacement of the item, nor refund of the amount paid.

Tell us your phone number in the emails you send us to return, in order to expedite and keep you informed of the procedures followed.
Returned items will have to be received with their original packaging.
No refunds for reasons attributable to mistakes made by the customer. However, contact us to find a solution to the problem.

CHANGES AND RETURNS FOR CAUSES NOT IMPUTABLE TO QUALITY.
- For these cases we accept the return or exchange of items purchased on our website, provided they are made within 15 days after receipt.
- The products must be returned in perfect condition, without marks of use and in their original packaging.
- The return costs are borne by the buyer.
