Is placing an order on Masterled SAFE?

Masterled guarantees the safety of our customers personal data. We do NOT store payment information in our website. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal Inc, and credit or debit card payments are managed by the bank. We will NEVER share your private information

Masterled works with PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Bank Wire and Cash on Delivery.

PayPal is a payment processing service that allows making online purchases without having to input your private bank information. Through PayPal, you can pay via debit/credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or from your bank account. On Payment, you will be redirected to PayPal's official website where you will be allowed to process your payment with total safety.

Benefits of using PayPal:
· You can track your payment state via your PayPal Account.
· You don't have to use your credit card numbers online, you can chose a direct bank wire from your Bank account.

After completing payment

During checkout process, we will send you several emails to confirm your order have been received, and confirm payment processing.
You can log into your Masterled account to keep track of all your orders.

Warranty

Can prodcuts be returned for repair, replacement or reimbursement?

Before returning a product, please read the instructions. You can also contact our customer care service. Please make sure the product you want to return is elegible after reviewing return requirements.

General returns

1. All products have to be returned before 14 days after receiving your order. We can only accept product in their original condition. If you want to return any or all items in your order, you have to contact our customer care service (phone or email) to get an RMA number, which will have to be placed on the return packaging.

2. Wrong items: If we sent you a product that does NOT match what you ordered, we will proceed to exchange the wrong product without any cost for you. We will send the shipping agency to retrieve the wrong goods and will ship the right items, or refund you if you choose so.

Replacement and refund returns

1. Because of a quality issue:
We will process the replacement or refund if the product shows a quality defect, and if it's returned before the first 14 days after arrival. Refund of paid amount will be processed after receiving back the product, and checking if the defect is not attributed to product handling.

2. Other reasons:
You have the right to desist from purchase within the first 14 days after receiving your order, following the instructions found in our terms of use. Returned products have to be in perfect condition, and come in their original packaging. The return has to be processed within the first 14 days since receiving the product(s). If the reason for returning the items is caused by a mistake in the user's end, and the products have already been sent, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Wrongly sent items
After confirming we sent the wrong items, we will replace it without any further cost for the customer.

Canceled orders (before shipping)
If an order is canceled before shipping, there will be NO cost for the customer.

How to cancel an order before, and after payment?

CANCELLING BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order yet, you don't need to contact us to cancel.
We will NOT process order until payment have been confirmed.

You are not bound to pay an order if you just added items to your cart. You can, at will, add items to your cart and save them, to confirm them afterwards.

We offer a one week Deadline to process an order payment. If after that deadline you have not submitted payment, there's no possibility of paying since price and availability is subject to change as well as the shipping cost. In such case, you'll be prompted to place a new order.

CANCELLING AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED
If you've already paid your oder and wish to modify, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are unsure about your order and/or products and need information, please, contact us to postpone processing. This will prevent us from shipping and will allow time to make modifications. 

I have issues trying to use the products I purchased, and I need help.
If you can't solve an issue regarding product use or installation, contact us via mail or phone and we will assist you.

Who's responsible for damages to the product os loss during shipping?
Should a problem arise due to product damage or loss during transport. please contact us inmediatly and we will issue a new shipping.

PayPal benefits:

How to pay via PayPal

A Paypal account is NOT needed before processing an order on Masterled.es
1. On the las step of the checkout process (Payment) Click on Pay via PayPal. You'll be automatically redirected to PayPal's Website.
2. Log In your PayPal account, or create a new PayPal account.
3. Follow instructions given on the site.
4. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.PayPal. 

Credit/Debit card payments via PayPal

1. On the payment page, select and click on the PayPal option: (Note: You don't need an actual PayPal account to process a credit/debit card payment this way)
2. After carefully checking your order details, click on Order.
3. You will be redirected to PayPal's website:

PayPal members: Enter your email address and password on the corresponding text inputs to process the payment.
Non PayPal members: Fill in your card details on the left side to registed, then click the "I agree" checkbox and Continue. Follow PayPal's instructions to process your order's payment with a bank card. All of your personal and credit card related information are stored by PayPal on their secure servers, and NOT on Masterled's. Card payment via PayPal is fast and safe.

Paying via Credit or Debit Card

On Masterled, credit or debit card payments are easy and secure. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Using your debit or credit card

1. On your cart, click on Payment after checking the products you want to order.
2. On the fifth step (Payment Method) Select the Credit or Debit card option.
3. Carefully fill in all required data.
4. After checking one last time your order details, click on Order now.
