Information about delivery times, shipping costs and return policy
Shipping
Material shipment will be made within a maximum period of 2 days once payment of the invoice has been made and confirmed and subject to stock availability. If the material is not available, MASTERLED will inform the customer of the possible delay time by offering an alternative product. In this case, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund of the amount paid.
Shipping costs for purchases under €60* (products only) will have a surcharge of €6.23* (except shipments outside mainland Spain).
Incident Notification
In case of damage to the merchandise caused by the carrier, the customer must notify within 48 hours following receipt of the order, by phone or email to masterled@homekit.es, also indicating the incident on the carrier's delivery note.

After the indicated deadlines without any type of claim having been formalized, no returns/incidents will be admitted, except those expressly accepted by the supplier.
MASTERLED will not be responsible for delays in merchandise deliveries due to external causes, such as delays in the transport agency, strikes, demonstrations, etc.
Shipping Conditions
- All MASTERLED shipments are sent from Spain by Express and urgent Private Courier modality
- All orders processed before the maximum picking time** will be delivered in 24/48 hours
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
- Shipping costs for purchases under €60* will have a surcharge of €6.23* (mainland only)
- Free shipping if your purchase exceeds €60* (mainland only)
- Additional charges may apply if the merchandise has special dimensions
- Cash on delivery shipments have a cost of €2.95 which will be included in the order
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must bear the costs derived from Customs clearance
- We ship to all countries. To calculate shipping costs to other countries, you can load a cart and the page will calculate it automatically, otherwise, you can contact us at masterled@homekit.es

Returns
All products shipped from our store www.masterled.es are checked to verify their correct operation and avoid inconvenience to both parties. But being aware that there may be incidents upon receipt of purchased items, we provide you with instructions for their return.
You may return purchased products within 2 days from receipt, in case they have any defect, either of origin or during transport.
Return Procedure
To do this, you must follow these steps:
- Send us an email to masterled@homekit.es stating that you are going to return the item and the reason
- Once we receive the return request, we will confirm it by sending you a return number
- We will send our carrier to your address to collect the items to be returned
Once we receive the product, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to send you another item with the same characteristics, exchange it for another type of item, or refund the amount.
IMPORTANT
Upon delivery of the merchandise by the carrier, the package must be checked, and in case of observing any anomaly, it must be recorded on the delivery note (broken package, open package, unsealed, etc.). And as a rule, even if nothing suspicious is observed in the packaging, sign: "accepted pending review".
If no observation is made on the merchandise receipt, we are not responsible for breakage and damage problems derived from handling during transport.
If the defect is due to misuse attributable to the customer, MASTERLED will not proceed with the replacement of the item or refund of the amount paid.
Important Recommendations
- Please provide your phone number in the emails you send us regarding the return, in order to expedite and keep you informed of the procedures followed
- Returned items must be received with their original packaging
- Returns are not accepted for reasons attributable to errors made by the customer. However, contact us to find a solution to the problem
Exchanges and Returns for Reasons Not Attributable to Quality
For these cases, we accept the return or exchange of items purchased on our website, provided they are made within 15 days after receipt.
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use and in their original packaging
- Return costs are borne by the buyer
