O Projetor LED ATEX 150W 24V DC foi desenvolvido para instalação em ambientes industriais com risco de explosão devido à presença de gases inflamáveis ou poeiras combustíveis. A sua alimentação em corrente contínua de baixa tensão (24V DC) de segurança torna-o especialmente adequado para aplicações ATEX críticas e ambientes onde é necessária maior proteção elétrica, incluindo instalações marítimas e zonas húmidas. Este modelo cumpre a Diretiva ATEX 2014/34/UE, garantindo um funcionamento seguro nas zonas classificadas 1, 2, 21 e 22.

Projetado para iluminar espaços ATEX de média e grande dimensão que requerem alimentação em corrente contínua, este projetor incorpora chips LED Lumileds 3030 de alto desempenho, oferecendo uma iluminação potente, estável e eficiente mesmo em aplicações industriais exigentes e ambientes especiais.

Alto desempenho luminoso com corrente contínua de segurança

Com uma potência de 150W e alimentação em 24V DC, este projetor fornece um elevado fluxo luminoso, garantindo uma iluminação ampla e homogénea em instalações ATEX onde o uso de corrente alternada não é permitido ou não é recomendado. A sua vida útil de até 50.000 horas reduz significativamente os custos de manutenção e substituição.

Projetado para condições extremas e aplicações críticas

O projetor possui grau de proteção IP66, tornando-o resistente ao pó, à água e a ambientes húmidos, além de proteção IK10 contra impactos. É adequado para uso interior e exterior sob condições ambientais severas, incluindo ambientes industriais, marítimos e zonas com elevada exigência de segurança elétrica.

A sua carcaça é fabricada em alumínio com tratamento anticorrosão WF2, garantindo máxima durabilidade e resistência em ambientes agressivos, zonas húmidas e aplicações navais.

Instalação e considerações técnicas

Inclui suporte orientável, permitindo a instalação em paredes, tetos ou postes conforme as necessidades do projeto, sendo especialmente indicado para sistemas de automação industrial e ambientes ATEX com alimentação em corrente contínua.

O cabo de alimentação não está incluído. É necessário utilizar um cabo adequado para a atmosfera ATEX específica e compatível com instalações em corrente contínua 24V DC, com diâmetro mínimo de 7 mm, compatível com o prensa-cabo da luminária.
