El Proyector LED ATEX 150W 24V DC está diseñado para su instalación en entornos industriales con riesgo de explosión debido a la presencia de gases inflamables o polvo combustible. Su alimentación en corriente continua a baja tensión (24V DC) de seguridad lo hace especialmente adecuado para aplicaciones ATEX críticas y entornos donde se requiere una mayor protección eléctrica, incluyendo instalaciones marítimas y zonas húmedas. Este modelo cumple con la Directiva ATEX 2014/34/UE, garantizando un funcionamiento seguro en zonas clasificadas 1, 2, 21 y 22.

Diseñado para iluminar espacios ATEX de tamaño medio-grande que requieren alimentación en corriente continua, este proyector incorpora chips LED Lumileds 3030 de alto rendimiento, ofreciendo una iluminación potente, estable y eficiente incluso en aplicaciones industriales exigentes y entornos especiales.

Alto rendimiento lumínico con corriente continua de seguridad

Con una potencia de 150W y alimentación en 24V DC, este proyector proporciona un elevado flujo luminoso, asegurando una iluminación amplia y homogénea en instalaciones ATEX donde no se permite o no se recomienda el uso de corriente alterna. Su vida útil de hasta 50.000 horas reduce significativamente los costes de mantenimiento y sustitución.

Diseñado para condiciones extremas y aplicaciones críticas

El proyector cuenta con grado de protección IP66, lo que lo hace resistente al polvo, al agua y a ambientes húmedos, y una protección IK10 frente a impactos. Es apto para uso en interiores y exteriores bajo condiciones ambientales severas, incluyendo entornos industriales, marítimos y zonas con alta exigencia de seguridad eléctrica.

Su carcasa está fabricada en aluminio con tratamiento anticorrosión WF2, garantizando máxima durabilidad y resistencia en entornos agresivos, zonas húmedas y aplicaciones navales.

Instalación y consideraciones técnicas

Incluye soporte orientable, permitiendo su instalación en paredes, techos o postes según las necesidades del proyecto, especialmente indicado para sistemas de automatización industrial y entornos ATEX con alimentación en corriente continua.

El cable de alimentación no está incluido. Es necesario utilizar un cable adecuado para la atmósfera ATEX específica y compatible con instalaciones en corriente continua 24V DC, con un diámetro mínimo de 7 mm, compatible con el prensaestopas de la luminaria.

El proyector LED ATEX 150W 24V DC es ideal para estos espacios:
