The ATEX E27 IP66 Industrial Luminaire is designed to provide safe lighting in industrial environments with a risk of explosion due to flammable gases or combustible dust. It complies with ATEX, CE, and RoHS regulations, allowing its use in classified zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, ensuring reliable operation in potentially hazardous atmospheres.
Made of high-resistance aluminum with anticorrosive electrostatic paint, and equipped with a reinforced tempered glass screen and stainless steel grille, this luminaire offers maximum durability even in extreme environments. Its IP66 protection rating makes it resistant to dust and water jets, while its wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +55°C) allows for use in very demanding conditions.
Compatible with E27 socket bulbs (not included), it supports a maximum bulb size of Ø70 mm x 120 mm. The ceramic lamp holder and round junction box with four M25×1.5 threaded ways allow for safe and flexible installation, adapting to the specific needs of the ATEX environment.
It operates with an input voltage of 220/240 V AC and 50/60 Hz frequency, suitable for global electrical networks.
The luminaire requires ATEX M25×1.5 cable glands to guarantee tightness and safety in dangerous areas. In Zone 1, only compound barrier glands are permitted, while in Zone 2, rubber seal glands are also accepted.
It is mandatory to connect the luminaire to ground both internally and externally, complying with safety regulations and ensuring safe operation.
With a weight of 2.80 kg, it is lightweight yet robust, designed for prolonged use in demanding environments. The luminaire features a 5-year warranty, backing the product's quality and reliability.
