Il Proiettore LED ATEX 150W 24V DC è progettato per l’installazione in ambienti industriali con rischio di esplosione dovuto alla presenza di gas infiammabili o polveri combustibili. L’alimentazione in corrente continua a bassa tensione (24V DC) di sicurezza lo rende particolarmente adatto per applicazioni ATEX critiche e ambienti in cui è richiesta una maggiore protezione elettrica, incluse installazioni marittime e zone umide. Questo modello è conforme alla Direttiva ATEX 2014/34/UE, garantendo un funzionamento sicuro nelle zone classificate 1, 2, 21 e 22.

Progettato per illuminare spazi ATEX di medie-grandi dimensioni che richiedono alimentazione in corrente continua, questo proiettore integra chip LED Lumileds 3030 ad alte prestazioni, offrendo un’illuminazione potente, stabile ed efficiente anche in applicazioni industriali impegnative e ambienti speciali.

Elevate prestazioni luminose con corrente continua di sicurezza

Con una potenza di 150W e alimentazione a 24V DC, questo proiettore fornisce un elevato flusso luminoso, garantendo un’illuminazione ampia e uniforme in installazioni ATEX dove l’uso della corrente alternata non è consentito o non è raccomandato. La durata utile fino a 50.000 ore riduce significativamente i costi di manutenzione e sostituzione.

Progettato per condizioni estreme e applicazioni critiche

Il proiettore è dotato di grado di protezione IP66, che lo rende resistente a polvere, acqua e ambienti umidi, e di protezione IK10 contro gli urti. È adatto per uso interno ed esterno in condizioni ambientali severe, inclusi ambienti industriali, marittimi e zone con elevati requisiti di sicurezza elettrica.

La scocca è realizzata in alluminio con trattamento anticorrosione WF2, garantendo massima durabilità e resistenza in ambienti aggressivi, zone umide e applicazioni navali.

Installazione e considerazioni tecniche

Include un supporto orientabile che consente l’installazione su pareti, soffitti o pali in base alle esigenze del progetto, particolarmente indicato per sistemi di automazione industriale e ambienti ATEX alimentati in corrente continua.

Il cavo di alimentazione non è incluso. È necessario utilizzare un cavo idoneo per l’atmosfera ATEX specifica e compatibile con installazioni in corrente continua 24V DC, con diametro minimo di 7 mm, compatibile con il pressacavo della luminaria.
