Description
The ATEX Waterproof Case LED SLIM 30W IP65 600mm is designed to provide efficient and safe linear lighting in industrial environments with potentially explosive atmospheres. It complies with ATEX and RoHS regulations and is suitable for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases) and zones 21 and 22 (dust), guaranteeing reliable operation in critical installations.
Waterproof design and resistant materials
The luminaire features a compact SLIM linear bar design with an IP65 protection rating, which ensures resistance to dust and water jets, allowing for both indoor and outdoor installation. It is manufactured from aluminum and PVC with anti-corrosive electrostatic paint and incorporates WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for demanding industrial environments. It also features IK10 impact protection, ideal for areas with a risk of knocks or vibrations.
Luminous performance and technical characteristics
It has a power of 30 W and a luminous flux of 3000 lumens, offering functional and efficient lighting. It emits cool white light (6000 K), specifically suitable for industrial work areas. Its 120° beam angle and opaque diffuser guarantee a homogeneous light distribution and reduce glare.
It operates with a voltage of 85–265 V AC, incorporates OSRAM SMD LEDs, and features a power factor of 0.98, ensuring stable performance.
Installation and mounting
Includes metal brackets for surface installation, facilitating stable and safe mounting in accordance with ATEX requirements. Maintenance is limited to periodic cleaning with a damp cloth, without the use of abrasive chemical products.
