Description
The ATEX Waterproof Case for 2x 1200mm IP66 T8 LED tubes is designed for the safe installation of LED lighting in industrial environments with potentially explosive atmospheres. It offers protection against flammable gases and combustible dust, being suitable for use in zones 1 and 2 (gases) and zones 21 and 22 (dust).
Waterproof design and resistant materials
The luminaire features a waterproof design with an IP66 protection rating, allowing for installation in humid areas and environments exposed to dust or water. It also features WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for demanding industrial applications and aggressive environments.
Technical features and installation
The fixture is designed to house two 18W T8 LED tubes of 120 cm (tubes not included), being exclusively compatible with double-ended connection tubes. For optimal performance, the use of aluminum T8 LED tubes is recommended; the use of polycarbonate tubes is not advised.
It includes a metal bracket for surface installation and a security closure via hexagonal key (key included), guaranteeing a stable, safe assembly compliant with ATEX requirements.
