La Pantalla Estanca ATEX para 2 tubos LED T8 IP66 de 600 mm está diseñada para la instalación segura de iluminación LED en entornos industriales con atmósferas potencialmente explosivas. Cumple con la normativa ATEX y es apta para su uso en zonas 1 y 2 (gases) y zonas 21 y 22 (polvo), garantizando un funcionamiento fiable en instalaciones críticas.

Diseño estanco y materiales resistentes

Fabricada en ABS + PS, incorpora pantalla de policarbonato y cuerpo de aluminio, lo que proporciona una elevada resistencia mecánica y una larga vida útil. Su grado de protección IP66 asegura una protección total frente al polvo y chorros potentes de agua, permitiendo su uso tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Dispone además de tratamiento anticorrosión WF2, adecuado para entornos industriales exigentes.

Características técnicas e instalación

La pantalla está diseñada para alojar dos tubos LED T8 de 60 cm (no incluidos), exclusivamente de conexión por ambos extremos. Funciona con una tensión de 180–240 V AC y está preparada para operar en un rango de temperatura de -20 °C a +40 °C.

Para un rendimiento óptimo, se recomienda el uso de tubos LED T8 de aluminio, no siendo aconsejable su utilización con tubos de policarbonato.

Incluye soporte metálico para instalación en superficie y cierre de seguridad mediante llave hexagonal (llave incluida), garantizando un montaje estable, hermético y conforme a los requisitos de seguridad ATEX. Además, cuenta con un sistema de corte automático de tensión que corta la alimentación de los tubos en el momento que se abre la tapa de la pantalla para garantizar la seguridad.

Garantía y certificaciones

El producto cuenta con una garantía de 5 años y certificación RoHS, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad y compatibilidad ecológica.
