The 50W ATEX UFO LED High Bay is a compact lighting solution specifically designed for industrial environments with explosion risks. Strictly complying with Directive 2014/34/EU, this model ensures safe operation in zones classified as 1, 2, 21, and 22, where flammable gases or combustible dust are constant.
This 50W model stands out for its energy efficiency, integrating Lumileds 3030 LED technology and a high-stability Mean Well driver to maximize operational savings without compromising safety.
High Luminous Performance and Industrial Reliability
With a luminous flux of 5,500 lumens and a 6000K color temperature (Cool White), this high bay offers clear and sharp visibility. Its 120° beam angle is ideal for installation heights between 3 and 5 meters, providing homogeneous light for technical work and inspection in confined spaces or industrial pits.
Designed for Extreme Conditions
Built to withstand severe conditions, it features an IP66 rating, ensuring total tightness against dust and powerful water jets. Additionally, its IK10 certification guarantees maximum resistance against accidental mechanical impacts.
Its Ø 240 x 235 mm aluminum chassis includes a WF2 anti-corrosion treatment, allowing for outdoor use in aggressive industrial environments, with an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +40 °C.
Installation and Technical Considerations
The unit includes an adjustable bracket for versatile ceiling mounting. To maintain ATEX certification integrity, the power cable (not included) must be suitable for the specific atmosphere and have a minimum diameter of 7 mm to ensure the cable gland's airtight seal.
