Description
The ATEX 3W IP65 Non-Maintained LED Luminaire is designed to provide safe lighting in industrial environments with an explosion risk due to flammable gases or combustible dust. It complies with ATEX, CE, and RoHS regulations, allowing installation in zones 1, 2, 21, and 22 and ensuring reliable operation in potentially hazardous atmospheres.
Emergency Activation
This Non-Maintained ATEX luminaire features an internal backup battery that allows the light to activate only in the event of a power failure. Under normal conditions, the luminaire remains off, consuming no energy. When a power failure occurs, it turns on automatically, providing emergency lighting for up to 2 hours, ensuring temporary visibility in critical situations without continuous operation.
LED Technology and Luminous Performance
Equipped with SMD LEDs, it offers 3W of power and a luminous flux of 200 lumens. It emits cool white light (6000K) with a 120º beam angle, guaranteeing uniform and efficient lighting. Its 0.95 power factor optimizes energy consumption.
Design, Materials, and Installation
Made of aluminum, it provides mechanical resistance and durability. With an IP65 protection rating, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, even in environments with dust or humidity.
It is designed for surface installation on walls or ceilings. The power cable is not included and must be compatible with the installation atmosphere, with a minimum diameter of 7 mm, fitting the equipment's cable gland. It operates correctly between -20 ºC and +40 ºC.
Lifespan and Warranty
Thanks to its quality components, it has a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. It comes with a 5-year warranty, ensuring reliability and performance in industrial ATEX environments.
