Product details

The ATEX wall socket 2P+E 16A IP66 is designed for secure electrical connections in industrial environments with explosive atmosphere risks. It is suitable for Zones 1 and 2 (gas) and Zones 21 and 22 (dust), meeting the safety requirements for such installations.

Durable and Lightweight Construction

Made of high-resistance polyamide, it offers excellent protection against corrosion, impacts, and demanding industrial conditions. Its IP66 protection rating prevents dust and water ingress, allowing installation in humid environments or areas with suspended particles. Furthermore, it operates reliably in a temperature range from -40 °C to +55 °C and maintains a light weight of 0.3 kg, facilitating wall mounting.

Secure Connection and Electrical Capacity

It supports a maximum load of 16A and 250V, suitable for multiple industrial applications. It includes cable glands for a secure connection, compatible with diameters between 9 mm and 17 mm, ensuring a firm assembly protected against pulls or vibrations.
