- In case of damage or misplacement due to poor handlind during transport, the customer will notify the issue not later than 48 hours after receiving the package(s) via phone or sending an email message to masterled@homekit.es, also notifying the carrier staff on the delivery note/slip.


All products sent from our online store www.masterled.es, are checked to verify they functioning state and avoid inconviniences to both parties. But being aware that issues can rise upon delivery of the purchased goods, we offer you instructions for their return.

You can return products purchased up to 48 hours after their delivery, in case they show any flaw, both from origin, or caused during transportation.

For such task, you have to follow these steps:

- Send us an email communicating your will to return a product, and the reason.
- Once received your request, we will confirm by sending you a return number.
- We will send our shipping agency to retrieve the returned items.

Once we receive the product(s) we will contact you once again to determin if you want us to send a replacement unit with the same features, exchanging for a different item, or refund.


Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the package must be reviewed, and in case of observing any anomaly, it should be stated on the delivery note (broken package, open package, unsealed etc.). And as a rule, even though there is nothing suspicious about the packaging, sign: Compliant pending review.

If we do not make any observation in the receipt of the goods, we do not take care of the problems of breakage and damage resulting from handling in the transport.

If the damage is due to misuse attributable to the customer, masterled will not proceed to the replacement of the item, nor refund of the amount paid.
